  1. Only 1 month (31 days) of backup ensured available at any given time.
  2. Updates made when available barring any conflicts with other installed code or server settings
  3. If restoration is needed, website will be restored to the latest viable back up available
  4. Hours do not carry over month-to-month if not used in the current month. Additional work requested outside of the monthly website maintenance package allotments will be billed at the contracted hourly rate.
  5. Off-hour times may vary and date exclusions will be provided with contract.
  6. Not all resolutions can be promised within the given time but we ensure our best effort will be applied to resolving any submitted requests that may take longer than the given time.

There is a $65 setup fee for sites not created by Philly Web Team.
