WEBSITE ASSISTANT

Change your website
just by asking.

Franklin is Philly Web Team's website assistant. Tell Franklin what you'd like changed on your site, in your own words. Franklin gets it ready and shows you exactly what will be different, and nothing goes live until you say so.

HOW IT WORKS

One minute, start to finish.

Here's what using Franklin looks like, from signing in to seeing your change live.
  1. Sign in

Go to portal.phillyweb.team on your phone or computer. Every account uses two-step sign-in.

  2. Ask for what you need

Like “Change our Saturday hours to 9 to 3” or “Swap the photo on the About page for this one.” You can attach photos, PDFs and Word documents.

  3. Review and apply

Check the before and after, and preview the page. Tap Apply when it looks right. Changed your mind? You can undo it.

What Franklin
can help with

Page text and photos, blog posts, menus and links, and depending on your site, things like events, team members and online store products.
Got a staging site? Pick it from the menu next to Send to try changes there first, then ask Franklin to push them to your live site when you're happy. You review each item before it goes live.
WHAT IT COSTS

$49 a month.
Your first month is free.

Franklin is an add-on to any Rocky support plan, and that covers your whole team, so everyone who updates your site gets their own login.
That's a founding price, and it's yours for as long as you keep Franklin. On Rocky III, Franklin is included.
Franklin is invite-only while we fine-tune it. Not on a Rocky plan yet? See our support plans and we'll get you set up.

Why “Franklin”? He's named after Ben Franklin, Philadelphia's original printer and publisher. We think he'd approve.
