Background
Aspire Mindset provides mental performance coaching for athletes ages 12 and up, helping them build confidence, focus and resilience in more than 16 sports. Coach Ashley works with athletes across Delaware County and Chester County, Pennsylvania.
The existing site had design and styling problems, and Ashley wanted something cleaner and more professional that would bring in more free consult bookings.
Objectives
Goals for aspiremindset.com:
- Give the brand a cleaner, more professional look
- Speak directly to athletes and parents in each sport
- Show up in local searches across Delaware and Chester County
- Drive and measure free consult bookings
- Move the site onto managed hosting
Challenges
With more than 16 sport pages, consistency was everything. Programs and offers changed over time, and every change had to land the same way across every page.
Bookings also finish on a separate scheduling platform, so measuring them took some extra setup.
Discovery & Planning
We built a design system first, header, footer and home page, then turned each sport page into one shared pattern so new sports and program changes take minutes rather than days.
Design Phase
Navy, orange and bold action photography give the site energy, with a clear call to book a free consult on every page.
Sport Pages
Every sport, from fencing to soccer, has its own page built on one pattern with cards, FAQs and program details, plus local landing pages for nearby communities.
Programs
Program pages explain the 1:1 coaching options clearly, and booking clicks are tracked so Ashley can see what's working.
Launch & Support
We signed in early May 2026 and the new site was live three weeks later. Since then we've rebuilt the sport pages, added local SEO pages and booking tracking, and host and maintain the site.
