Background
MNOP Inc. is an industrial real estate investor with more than 30 years of experience. Since 1995 it has acquired over 7.5 million square feet of investment properties, mainly industrial assets and land in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, buying all-cash and as-is.
MNOP wanted a refreshed website with updated copy that clearly explained what they buy and how they work with sellers.
Objectives

- Present MNOP's experience and track record with confidence
- Explain the kinds of properties they acquire
- Show sellers how simple the process is
- Move the domain and site onto managed hosting
Challenges
MNOP's audience is property owners and brokers who want straight answers. The site had to be short, clear and credible, with no filler.
Discovery & Planning
We kept the site focused on four pages: home, Expertise, Working With Us and Contact.
Design Phase
Industrial photography, a navy and gold palette and the company's skyline logo give the site a solid, established feel.
Expertise
The Expertise page explains the kinds of properties MNOP buys and why sellers choose them.
Working With Us
Working With Us walks sellers through how MNOP works, highlighting all-cash, as-is acquisitions.
Launch & Hosting
We kicked off in December 2024 and launched in April 2025, moving the domain and putting the site behind Cloudflare. We host it and send monthly website reports.
